Not all problems on a solar site are visible... until they become extremely expensive.

We recently flew this brand new solar field for an EPC to verify that the construction had gone as planned and that the panels themselves were functioning without any circuit issues, manufacturer issues or damage from recent storms.

We discovered very few issues and this site was operating at maximum production.

In this video, we were asked by a commercial real estate firm to inspect one of its properties roofs located in Danville, KY. We flew the entire facility documenting damage, clogged drains, pooling of water as well as documenting the over all cleanliness of the property. The firm that owns this property is located in Wisconsin so site monitoring with our company made it easy for their maintenance teams to decide what actions to take without visiting the site.

If you aren't documenting your properties, insurance companies will. In the western US, we have seen insurance rates increase and policies canceled altogether due to "lack of maintenance prioritization." Do your due diligence, we can help saves thousands of dollars on your investment.

This was an inspection of residential power lines. We have noticed that a lot of companies don't document the top of their poles due to the amount of manpower and time it takes to locate and solve problems. Our images enabled their teams to prioritize future projects and funding according allowing them to meet their reliability metrics for the year.

We recently flew with a local internet company, KentuckyFi. We documented the number of antennas that a technician had added to a local tower.

We also verify antenna's functional status using thermal imaging. This is safer and more efficient - therefore more cost effective.
